Korean Temple Cuisine - Sensory Supper

Korean Temple Cuisine comes from a deliciously nutritious sustainable practice from Buddhist monastaries of Korea. This immersive dining adventure will involve mindfulness practices to bring gratitude and awareness about the nature of food and how our bodies receive nutritients. Diners will be asked to follow certain rituals and restraints to heighten the sensory experience of taste, textures, smell.

Chef Sung Uni Lee is an educator and artist who has been cooking and teaching for two decades. Inspired by the foods that she grew up with, her mission is to use her knowledge of vegetable-based cuisines to to delight and nurture. She sees the sublime in the ordinary. The menu will consist of a diversity of organic and wild foods using a blend of traditional and modern technique to satisfy and enlighten our taste buds and the body.
